George Parker & Patrick Rooney progress in DPD Open in Amsterdam

George Parker and fellow UNSQUASHABLE player Patrick Rooney both progressed to the final round of qualification for the DPD Squash Open in Amsterdam.

George Parker overcame Austrian No.1 Aqeel Rehman 17-15 11-3 8-11 11-8 in a tough 46 minute match whilst Patrick Rooney defeated compatriot Jaymie Haycocks 11-8 11-0 11-6 in just 31 minutes.

In the final round of qualification, George will play Jens Schoor of Germany whilst Patrick will player Lance Beddoes of New Zealand.
George and Patrick will both hope to join fellow UNSQUASHABLE player Joel Makin in the main draw of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) M25 World Tour.
