James Willstrop to face Daryl Selby in British National Championships semi-finals

James Willstrop defeated compatriot Richie Fallows 6-11 11-5 11-5 11-7 in the quarter-finals of the of the British National Championships being staged at the National Squash Centre in Manchester.

The two-time champion, who is appearing in his 20th British National Squash Championships, suffered a shock in his first game lose against 22-year-old Fallows, but quickly regained his composure to claim a 49-minute victory to advance to his 12th semi-final where he will play former champion Daryl Selby.

“It’s great fun at this point, I love Daryl to bits, so hopefully we’ll just get stuck in and have a great battle on Saturday,” said Willstrop.
