Josh Masters & George Parker reach Qatar Squash Federation Championships quarter-finals

Josh Masters and George Parker have both progressed to the quarter-finals of the Qatar Squash Federation Championships being staged at the Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex in Doha.

George Parker produced a sensational performance to beat Australian No.1 Cameron Pilley 17-15 11-5 11-7 and will today play Ivan Yuen of Malaysia.

World University Champion Josh Master defeated Wild Card Rashid Al-Harib in his opening match before beating Eain Yow Ng of Malaysia 11-9 8-11 11-8 4-11 11-8 in 69 minutes in the 2nd round. Masters will today play top seed Omar Mosaad of Egypt. 

Fellow UNSQUASHABLE player Iker Pajares Bernabeu missed-out on reaching the quarter-finals of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour event after being unable to progress beyond Qatar No.1 Abdulla Al-Tamimi in a hard-fought 59-minute 2nd round match.
