Josh Masters qualifies for El Gouna International

Josh Masters defeated Ahmed Hosny of Egypt 11-2 11-5 9-11 11-3 in just 31 minutes to qualify for the main draw of the 2018 El Gouna Squash International which begins tomorrow at the El Gouna Resort in Egypt.

The young Englishman will play Cesar Salazar of Mexico in the 1st round of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Series event.

Fellow UNSQUASHABLE player Iker Pajares Bernabeu of Spain extended Frenchman Lucas Serme for 67 minutes but was unable to progress past the French No.2 who eventually won 11-9 5-11 11-5 11-2.

Sarah-Jane Perry is seeded No.9 in the women’s draw and will play qualifier Nadine Shahin of Egypt.
