Patrick Rooney & George Parker reach Niort Venise Verte Quarter-Finals

Patrick Rooney and George Parker defeated Christophe Andre and Sebastien Bonmalais respectively to reach the quarter-finals of the Niort Venise Verte in France.

Seventh seed Patrick Rooney defeated Christophe Andre 11-9 8-11 11-4 15-13 to play top seeded compatriot Ben Coleman, whilst fellow UNSQUASHABLE player George Parker defeated Sebastien Bonmalais 12-10 8-11 11-8 11-9 to play sixth seed Baptiste Masotti.
 
Bernat Jaume of Spain defeated Enzo Corigliano 11-3 11-2 11-9 and Ondrej Uherka 8-11 11-7 11-3 11-6 to qualify for the Professional Squash Association (PSA) M10 World Tour event but was unable to overcome third seed Karim El Hammamy in his first round match with the Egyptian winning 11-9 5-11 6-11 11-7 15-13.
