Joel Makin faced fellow UNSQUASHABLE ambassador Iker PAJARES Bernabeu in the second round of the PSA U.S open.
They had a tight affair but Joel managed to be victorious with a solid 3-1 win. The scores were 11-7 11-7 8-11 11-2.
Makin will go on to play in the Round of 16 against Diego Elias, where Joel will be the underdog but with a place in the quarter-final up for grabs he will be up for a tough match.
